Non animated banners are $10 each. Animated banners are $20 each.

Site design is $750 and includes a free year's worth of hosting. After the first year hosting is $150 per year. At times I can do a payment plan for those on a budget. You must make these arrangements before I commence any work on your site. Both parties must agree to the terms and conditions.

Logo design is $50 and you must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit before any work commences.

Flash files are $25.

Brochures are $25 over cost.

I can host images for you for $5 per month.

Listings are $20. Just contact me for examples.

Photo editing is $5 per photo.

YouTube videos are $20 for static and for locals I can come to your place and make your video for $50. Websites come with one free static video or $25 for an on-site video. This price only applies to people who have purchased a site.

Templates are $20 (plus NF fees) for now and I will sell 5 at a time. I will code it for free. Hosting of the images is $5 extra.

For any site design work you must pay a deposit of $100 before I commence any work on your site. This deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours.

I only use Homestead at this time so if you prefer me to take care of the domain and hosting I can take care of that for you.

Once I am finished with your site and you have informed me of your satisfaction, any major changes will result in an additional fee. I have no problem doing minor changes but anything taking me more than a half hour of work will result in a charge of $25 per hour.

I will not work on your site until you send me the necessary items needed such as: text, pictures, color scheme, etc. I can't work on a site if I don't have the required things that I need.

I have a very small chicklet that must remain on your site unless you make major changes that no longer reflect my work. This will not affect the look of your site whatsoever other than a tiny little box at the bottom of the first page.

I will send a contract via e-mail or in person (for local work) to any party who wishes to have a site built. This must be signed and returned to me before work commences. The contract simply states the above for the most part. There are no hidden agreements.

I will add your site to my portfolio but your information will remain private unless you want to give a reference or referral. I will not give out any information about you to anyone, under any circumstances. Your privacy is as important to me as mine. All personal pages will be a screenshot only.
